Job Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Pay and Benefits: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00

Supplemental Pay: Bonus, Commission pay

Job Description:

We’re looking to fill our Acquisitions Specialist position immediately. As an Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll help us get in touch with new prospects, and work with current prospects to buy their homes fast and with cash. A large part of this position is speaking with cold leads over the phone, via email, and in-person, so if you’re not okay creating relationships out of cold connections, this is not the right position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Making and returning phone calls to/from homeowners/sellers who have the motivation to sell their house

  • Cold calling – calling verified lists of homeowners who have the motivation to sell their house

  • Researching and performing due diligence on residential properties

  • Making offers, negotiating contracts, and deal processing

  • Build rapport with clients in person and over the phone

  • Be resourceful for your client

  • Inspect properties while taking pictures and video of property condition

  • Ability to manage a pipeline of prospects/leads and follow up with clients effectively

Qualifications

  • Minimum Sales experience of 2-year experience.

  • Minimum cold calling experience of 1-year.

  • High energy, high teachability.

  • High self-discipline to get the job done. The more you put in, the more you’ll get – you want someone with a tenacious attitude to get the job done no matter what.

  • Sales experience and skills to build rapport with sellers with the intent of getting properties under contract and being relentless until you get a property under contract

  • No excuses attitude toward getting projects completed effectively and efficiently.

  • Infinite passion for personal growth and learning how entrepreneurs start and run businesses.

  • The ability to effectively take ownership of your department and proactively add value will make you an ideal candidate for the position.

  • Do the right thing above all else.

  • Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
